요구사항 (Requirements)

쿠폰 기본 정책 Basic Coupon Usage Policy (for Development)

1. 회원 한정 Members Only

쿠폰은 오마이호텔 회원만 발급 및 사용할 수 있다. [Members Only] Coupons can only be issued and used by OMH members.

2. 중복 사용 Coupon Stacking

쿠폰은 1개 예약당 2개까지 사용할 수 있다. Up to 2 coupons can be applied to a single reservation.
결제 시 사용 가능한 쿠폰 중 ‘중복 사용’이 가능한 쿠폰끼리만 중복하여 사용할 수 있다. During payment, only coupons that are designated as stackable: Y can be used concurrently with other stackable coupons.
‘중복 사용’ 가능한 쿠폰에 한하여, 온라인 쿠폰과 오프라인 쿠폰을 중복 사용할 수 있다. Only coupons designated as 'stackable: Y' can be combined across Online coupons and Offline coupons.
- 파트너십 쿠폰은 온라인/오프라인 쿠폰과 같이 사용될 수 없다. 2026년 2월 13일 추가 Partnership coupons cannot be combined with online or offline coupons.
정률/정액 쿠폰이 중복 사용될 경우, 가상 계산하여 할인액이 큰 쿠폰 먼저 적용 후 차액에 나머지 쿠폰을 적용한다. When percentage coupons and fixed-amount coupons are stacked together, the system must simulate the combinations and apply the coupon that yields the larger discount first, then apply the remaining coupon to the discounted amount.
중복 사용 쿠폰 사용 시, 최소 구매 금액의 기준은 쿠폰 적용 전 상품 금액으로 한다. For stackable coupons, the minimum purchase requirement is based on the product price before coupon application.

3. 쿠폰 금액 및 결제 금액 보정 Coupon Amount and Payment Amount Adjustment

[쿠폰 금액 보정] 정률 쿠폰의 경우, 통화에 따라 1의 자리까지 또는, 반올림하여 소수점 둘째 자리까지 표시한다. [Coupon Amount Adjustment] For percentage-based coupons, the amount is displayed as a whole number or rounded to two decimal places, depending on the currency.

반올림 정의: 기준 자리의 다음 숫자가 5 이상이면 올리고, 4 이하면 버린다. Rule: rounding down for 4 and below, and rounding up for 5 and above

[결제 금액 보정] 쿠폰 할인액이 상품 금액과 같거나 상품 금액보다 큰 경우, 최종 결제 금액이 마이너스가 되지 않도록 통화별 최소 금액(하한선)을 설정한다. 0원 결제는 불가능하다. (2026년 2월 20일 수정) [Payment Amount Adjustment] To prevent negative values when the coupon amount is same as product price or greater than the product price, set a minimum payment amount (floor) per currency as the lower limit for the final payment. Zero-amount payments are not permitted.
- e.g.) KRW 50,000 상품에 KRW 50,000 쿠폰 또는 KRW 60,000 쿠폰을 적용할 경우 상품 금액이 0원으로 계산되지만, Billing Sum 금액을 조정하여 고객은 최소 결제 금액인 KRW 1,000을 결제해야 한다. e.g.) If a KRW 50,000 or KRW 60,000 coupon is applied to a KRW 50,000 product, the product amount calculates to 0. However, the 'Billing Sum' must be adjusted so that the customer pays the minimum amount of KRW 1,000.

4. 예약 취소 및 취소 수수료 Booking Cancellation & Fee

(as-is) 취소 수수료는 실 결제 금액을 기준으로 계산한다. (as-is) Cancellation fees are calculated based on the actual payment amount.

(to-be) 취소 수수료는 쿠폰 적용 전 상품 가격을 기준으로 계산한다. 프로모션이 있을 경우, 프로모션이 적용된 가격을 기준으로 한다. (to-be) Cancellation fees are calculated based on the product price before coupon application. If a promotion is applied, the calculation is based on the promotional price.
